Soundkeep is a cabinet for music teachers and students at soundkeep.app. Operator: the service owner, contact pilotnon@gmail.com.

What data we collect

• email, name, and role (teacher or student) at signup;
• if you sign in with Google — the email and name from your Google account;
• lesson materials: topic titles, text, uploaded videos;
• student replies and teacher comments;
• session data needed to keep you signed in.

Why we need it

Only so you can use the cabinet: sign in, watch lessons, upload videos, and discuss assignments. We do not sell data or show third-party ads.

Where data is stored

Accounts and files live with the service infrastructure providers (site hosting and database). Google sign-in is processed by Google under its own rules; we only receive what you allow on the consent screen.

How long we keep it

While the account is active. To delete a profile and materials, write to pilotnon@gmail.com.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, correction, or deletion. For Google sign-in you can revoke access in your Google account settings.
