Home video instead of voice notes

Why a full take on camera beats explaining homework in a voice message.

You cannot pause a voice note at the fretboard

A student hears a voice note in the kitchen and forgets which bar to start from. Video can be paused and compared with their own take. The teacher sees hands, posture, and tempo.

The reply should be filmed too

A short phone clip is enough. The cabinet keeps the file in the topic, not between stickers in a chat.

When a voice note is fine

“Nice — we’ll do the second verse tomorrow” is fine. Fingering and rhythm are not. That saves your voice and their attention.
